Congratulations to our client @ABCNetwork, and to all the fellow defendants, who prevailed on their summary judgment motions and won dismissal of defamation and other claims by former Massey Energy CEO and Senate candidate Don Blankenship.

A federal judge in Lynchburg VA (home to Liberty Univ.) has dismissed defamation claims by Benjamin Crosswhite, personal trainer to Jerry Falwell, Jr., against @Reuters. Retweeting an article doesn't 'republish' it, the judge affirmed. https://t.co/C6kdglWjux
Yesterday Vallejo police disclosed more records from the killing of Sean Monterrosa. Open Vallejo filed a lawsuit for these and other police records in September. So far, the city has made public more than 2,200 pages and four hours of audio from the Monterrosa investigation.
The lawsuit seeks decades of records related to Vallejo police violence and misconduct. It took hundreds of staff/intern hours to prepare. @laurencedsault managed the project. We are represented by @DWTMediaLaw's Tom Burke and @SimaSarrafan of @microsoft. https://t.co/S3irUa4nnp
