@3AWisfootball I feel as if Zach is part of the issue at Essendon. Yes he’s a great player but he’s struggling as a midfielder and as a leader. He’s fumbly and he’s inconsistent. Players not picks if trade was going to happen
@FootyonNine Bit sick of Lloydy tbh. Started off with insight in the club now he’s just a past player that bags us. Funny how he will have a go at everyone except Roberts who he coached.
@realRick_AUS Stop searching for footage dickhead. This doesn’t show anything. Yes unfortunately the footage has been shown however until it’s confirmed to be substance drug related we don’t know what it is. There’s a chance it’s a medical issue that we don’t know about. Grow up knob!
A perfect day of football for Essendon. Brad Scott coached very well, the leaders stood up, the kids were exceptional, the defence was on point, the club avoids a record 18th consecutive loss. Plenty of grit.... and finally hope for the future
@FootyonNine If the AFL wants balance you keep the F/S and academies for 3 more years. Carlton get Cody Walker, Dons get Bewick and there F/S picks and Port can get Salopek and NGA picks. 3 of the bottom teams who need assistance.
i encourage people to watch this, Brad flatly lambasts the players (deservedly) and takes ownership himself.
none of the soft 'learnings' of before, 'we sucked and gave up'. flat out.
Words are only that, has to back it up with action but this is the right attitude to start.
@AFLcomau One game in with a defence that is young and barely played together. Let’s not overreact.
Yes it was bad but all the best teams have had back6 that played long term together.
Kondog, Nguyen, Johnson are all young
Reid and McKay had first games back from long term injuries
