This afternoon, James, Katie and myself were at @WestCollScot for #ScotAppWeek23 Apprenticeship Career Fair. We spoke to several school leavers and college students about @DXCTechnology @DXC_UKI Apprenticeship opportunities and the range of job roles within Tech.

All in all, it was a beneficial day for both students and staff. Feedback from @theparkmains @DYWPMHS suggested that several of them were now considering a career in Technology that they weren't previously aware of- a bonus!

Yesterday, to kick off #IWD2023, @DXCTechnology Erskine hosted 40 female students from @theparkmains. I was joined by several of our female Apprentices, Graduated and SMEs to help break down stereotypes and the gender gap in the Technology sector. #WomenInSTEM #STEMDXC @DXC_UKI
