FTMO has finally responded after conducting an additional internal review.

They explained that the PDF417 barcode on my Machine-Readable Passport was returning another person’s data, which they believe may be due to an issuing authority printing/encoding error rather than an issue on their end.

As a one-time exception, they’ve reset my KYC and given me a final opportunity to verify using my E-Passport.

I appreciate them taking another look at the case. I’ll complete the verification and share the outcome.

even my original university certificate and also certificate of birth so they can see that the names and date of birth are all the same with what have in their platform but this firm refuse to listen to me and they ended up doing me dirty.

Okay I'm not the type that call out firm because I simply understand rules of prop firm and I make sure not to violate them, so here is my experience with @EquityEdgeUK , I purchase and an account with them 2 step legacy account, I pass phase one and I was giving phase 2.

To proof the documents belong to me I ask them if they can do a video interview with me so i can show them more documents such as my international passport which expired few months ago.

then I pass phase 2 within few days, so I was told to go and do kyc, then I proceed to doing kyc with the only valid document I currently have which is my NIN after submitting the NIN

In life pray that you don't get deny of your blessings because of how situation and hardship has made you look 💯 this was my case with @EquityEdgeUK denying my NIN because the old picture on my card looks different from how I look currently. @berkayglife look into my case.
