NIKKEの件、俺は別にゲーム内で詫び石を配れなんて言ってるわけじゃないのよ。

問題が発覚してから1週間近く放置された挙句、運営は終始プレイヤーに対策を丸投げ。実際にウイルスに感染した俺は、クレジットカード3枚の情報に加えて、さまざまなパスワードまで抜かれてるんよ。

NIKKEランチャー問題、SHIFTUPには同情する。開発元としてゲームを作ってきた立場は理解できる。PCランチャーの管理・運営はパブリッシャーのLevel Infiniteが担っており、一次的な管理責任はそちらにある。この分業自体はおかしな話ではない。

ただ、金CEOが個人として真っ先に謝罪した時点で、SHIFTUPも一定の責任を認めている。だから「気の毒だから責任を問わない」では済まない。責任を認めた以上、ブランドの顔として表に出ているからには、説明・再発防止・被害者への実効的な補償への関与は果たすべき。同情と責任追及は矛盾しない。

自分が嫌悪するのは、SHIFTUPを無制限に擁護する連中。「責任は全部Level Infiniteにある」とバカの一つ覚えみたいに唱えながら、その勢いで被害者に食ってかかり、平気で罵倒する。実際、PCを初期化し、���十件ものパスワードを変え、銀���への連絡までした被害者に落ち度はない。SHIFTUPへの批判をそらすためだけに被害者を叩くのは、まさに吐き気を催す邪悪。

Who was in charge while it was live is the real question, and the answer is nobody.

@YungExcal People ask a compensation that show they understand how the situation is critical. AND a real explanantion of what happen and the risk. Neither LI, neither SU tell people about crypto wallet being compromised or to log out of their session.
