Event 1: Cuppa Tea - Starting an arms-length away, throw a tea bag in a mug, taking a step back after each successful attempt - How many steps back is the furthest you can do?

Event 2: Get on Up - Sit on a chair, stand up and sit down as many times as you can in 30 secs.
Variation 1: Sit on a chair, stand up, jump, and sit down, as many times as you can in 30 secs.
Variation 2: Sitting down, lift your arms up as many times as you can in 30 secs.
Event 3: It's Limbo Time - The rules of the limbo are simple: HOW LOW CAN YOU GO!
Anything can be used to limbo under, from a brush or broom to dressing gown ties or even some spaghetti!
Event 4: Over Ya Head - Standing up throw a pillow over your head, pick up and repeat as many times as you can in 30 seconds.

Event 5: Groundhog Day - For those of you who don’t know what Groundhog Day is (go and watch the film!), life in lockdown feels just like it!
Learning the routine (to be uploaded soon), repeat in as many different places as you can in 5 minutes.

Variation 1: Stand on one leg for as long as you can with your eyes closed.
Variation 2: Sitting down, put your hands on your head and lift up one leg for as long as you can.
