Blended our Golden Sour Solera barrels onto #Boysenberries & #BlackCurrants.😋 Then topped off the barrels with a new golden sour fermented w/ the local microbes from my backyard that @BootlegBiology isolated for us.🤘🏻 Also racked our Sour Red Solera onto fruit for two variants.
This was the most challenging thing I’ve ever done. For 3 years, most of my free time was spent studying for these @IBDHQ exams. The #IBD#DiplomaInBrewing exams are no joke, way tougher than I’d imagined, haha. Huge thanks to my family & friends for the support.❤️ Cheers!🍻 -MW

We brewed a golden sour today & pitched 2 of the 3 wild yeasts from my back yard. One of them didn’t perform well so it wasn’t used. @BootlegBiology isolated these strains from some yeast captures I did back in 2019 and we’re finally putting them to use!🤘🏻-MW
