If you need to shoot, then make your shots count. If you need to move, then make haste and get to where you need to go. There are very few situations where you should be attempting both. If you're trying to do both at the same time, then you're only half-assing both.
A flashlight is like any other tool. The use of the application is more important than what brand of light you have. Just because a flashlight works fine for someone else doesn't mean you need to have the same one. There are a lot of different models out there for a reason.
Most men buy gear, not capabilities. If you are good at something, it probably means you have neglected other things in life. Only you can learn the skills, knowledge, and wisdom in life, and no one can take that from you.

The 2A community is very gear-focused and not enough training-focused. Many trainers tell people to train but give no objectives, goals, or standards to obtain.
A lot of men will try to downplay other men only to make themselves look better. Many men pretend to be the man they want to be rather than being the man they should be. In order to be the man you want to be, it takes effort.
This weekend was the last public class. I'd like to thank all the people who have come out to train over the last decade. From here on out, I'll only be doing private classes for people I know. It's time to move on to other things.
