Truman is so sweet. He'll eat my scraps and act like he's eating like a king ~ 🥺 I just gave him a pickle and some bread from my pressed Publix deli sub and he devoured it like I had just given him a Michelin meal. I'm going to get him a Boar's Head Deli sub and let him eat the entire thing soon
It makes no sense. It seems the human condition is suffering regardless of how hard we work, how much we love, how kind we are... I feel as a species we lost our way somehow and prioritize profits, but really even before corporate greed life wasn't much better if you look in medieval times what they used to do to people and even 2,000 years ago during Rome. I suppose we're slowly evolving into something better but it's taking a while
