@HoustonDynamo My Division 3 men's rec team could have given the Dynamo a run for their money the way they played. It was horrible. The whole team attitude could be summed up by the way HH slowly walks off the field when he got subbed. He was killing the clock for the other team.

Too many sloppy passes. Carrasquillo needed to be subbed at the half. Standing still on throw-ins. Too much long ball. Need more shots like Lundqvist tried.

@rachiebret Rinse your blender, fill with 3/4 water and a tiny bit of dish soap. Put on lid and blend on high for 30 seconds. Dump. Quick rinse. Repeat with clean water. Rinse. Put in drying rack. Don't have to disassemble or touch the blades.
