Because in any case regardless of the price, the DeGods community is here and one of the value aspects is just that everything grassroots comes from this

@frankdegods this downgrade reminds me another one.
On the first day there was so much discussion...but then everyone followed that style.
And they changed the design narrative for a decade.

You have to be insane to want to join the NFT ecosystem right now.
If you are a smart, talented creator... why would you make anything here?
At this point, you have an extremely low chance of making any money. If by some miracle you do happen to find any success... congratulations!
You are now subject to a life of indentured servitude for a community that doesn't even care about what you're making. Think about it.
People demanded roadmaps, utility, community, airdrops or whatever else they thought would pump their bags. Now, almost nobody asks for any of those things.
Why? Because they never knew what they wanted in the first place. It all stemmed from greed.
Founders were greedy. The people that gave those founders money were also greedy. Everyone was just greedy. It's that simple. The sooner that we can accept that... the sooner we can end that cycle.
When this all started, I never thought that we would be in a position to help redefine what the future of this industry will be.
I was 22 years old when we first DeGods minted. Back then, I was terrified. The fear of failure drove some of the worst decisions we had ever made.
Now, I don't really feel scared. I feel calm.
I feel calm because I know that we will always do what's right for our community and I know that people are going to want what we're making.
Words are just words, though.
I don't expect anybody to believe it until they see it. Wouldn't have it any other way.
