Chamisa doesn't hate the constitution.All constitutions of organisations and other institutions derive their power from the national constitution.If the national constitution is disregarded,all other constitutions are of no force.The national constitution protects other constitutions..It is in that context that you have to understand why Chamisa had to disregard a proper constitution as it would be used to destroy the CCC

I don't need your sorry explanation.But what I know for certain is that a good constitution complete with an organogram was playing right into the hands of ZANUPF.They would simply buy some of those office bearers.The uncertainty created by the absence of a constitution and organogram gave the CCC some temporary safety until ZANUPF came up with Tshabangu.Constitution and organogram means nothing to a dictatorship which considers itself above the national constitution.

Don't act dumb..We all know that he quit because he had lost total control of the CCC.His MPs were expected to follow suit and create a constitutional crisis but we all know that they didn't because they were bought..You should be asking the MPs why they didn't quit as CAA3 was still passed in their presence, helping to sanitize it.
