¡Acompañamos a Ecuador en su camino hacia un Estado más digital, transparente e inclusivo!
A partir de octubre, dentro de las iniciativas del proyecto Tinkuy, e-Governance Academy @egovacademy (eGA) impulsará un nuevo programa de capacitación para fortalecer las habilidades de las y los servidores públicos ecuatorianos en diseño de servicios y transformación digital.
En esta etapa, el programa de formación reunirá a equipos clave del Ministerio del Trabajo, la Agencia Nacional de Tránsito @ANT_ECUADOR, el Servicio Público para Pago de Accidentes de Tránsito (SPPAT) y la Dirección General de @RegistroCivilec.

De la mano de las expertas de la eGA, Anne Nurmik y Piret Saartee, los participantes analizarán las necesidades de los usuarios, rediseñarán servicios, probarán soluciones y desarrollarán hojas de ruta prácticas. Además, realizarán una visita de estudio a Estonia para conocer de primera mano el funcionamiento de su gobierno digital y adaptar sus mejores prácticas a Ecuador.
