@HDFCBank_Cares The RM and home branch were involved at the time of account opening. Since the concern relates to incorrect account classification, I have already raised it through the grievance channel for proper review and resolution.

@SBICard_Connect in spite of giving all proof my dispute was rejected because the merchant says that service was provided..there was no proof provided gift card access, redemption, proof linking usage.

@HDFCBank_Cares After all the hassle to open a salary account, Aadhaar address mismatch because of this the welcome letter undelivered & email was not updated. Bank branch says “wait till Wednesday.” Now just hoping the account doesn’t get blocked/freeze. 😐
