We tried to make the process as inexpensive as possible, which is why it's a bit more complex.

The biggest hurdles, if you haven't used Hedera, would be:
-Creating a hashpack wallet
-Understand "associating" tokens (basically enabling your wallet to use PBAR)
-Having a little HBAR for Transactions

we're about to implement on-chain governance (by about probably 2-3months) and once that is live it will be farily easy to have a community vote and distribute those tokens quickly
