You don't isolate yourself because you don't want to talk to people. That's somehow ill. You maintain solitude for the main purpose of bettering yourself in all areas of your deficiencies. That period is not escapable if you really want to change the trajectory of your life. There's no way you can run off from human interactions. You simply just have to be selective with the kind of people you interact with.
