@Pras_fpl Also saw another idea from a different user that I really like and I think it’s a no-brainer:

1st places in the group get a direct pass to the round of 16. Everyone else fight it out.

Norway would have played to the end. Austria and Algeria would have meant more.

Maybe allowing them to bring as many reserves as they want?
