More than 3 years ago, my nephew Jake was in an accident in the Boundary Waters that killed his dad (my brother) and left him with life-threatening injuries. Today, we’re cheering Jake on at the MN state high school swimming tournament.

I’m so proud of him. Let’s go, Jake!
