FWIW I do like algorithms introducing me to stuff outside my immediate circles, so I could be more disciplined with following accounts I like and really limiting using "For You".

I like social media to see what people I know or care about are posting, as opposed to whatever the algorithm is pushing on me. So far I feel like BS is doing a better job of that, but there's way less people over there that I know about... so if you use that app, hit me up!

I remember a reddit comment awhile back that said you should walk around your house/apartment and take a video of everything in case of a fire or disaster to help remember/log everything for insurance claims. Seems like a good time to re-share that. Stay safe LA peeps <3

@esportsjatt I get that, for sure. Swapping the icons on my home screen did most of that work for me 😅 The UI and tools are the same... There's just less content because of less users. Only way to fix that is to invite people to try it 🤷
