Uganda's State Minister for Energy, Hon. Okaasai Opolot, today opened the 32nd EAPP Steering Committee meeting in Kampala. High on the agenda is reviewing progress and outlining next steps for operationalising the regional power market.
IN MEMORIAM: We mourn the loss of former EAPP Secretary General Eng. Lebbi Changullah (March 27, 1955– March 25, 2025). His visionary leadership from 2015-2023 laid the foundation for the advancements we are making to ensure regional energy security.
