@zeroMillitancy True. He outranked Akhilesh for most part of his tenure

I remember how hard Azam Khan tried to meet and placate Yogi inside the assembly corridors or Lok Bhawan.

But Yogi's politics meant that he had to decimate the biggest M leader of UP.

Unbelievable how he was one of the 4.5 CMs of UP during 2012-17.

Rajeev Shukla has a network base that can literally put your political mind in a state of cognitive dissonance.

I just saw him with a prominent businessman and BJP's insider man in Punjab. I mean he is everywhere.

The guy is an idol for budding fixers and brokers.

Yogi commands massive respect among the BJP leaders.

In recent times, I've seen Suvendu Adhikari, Pankaj Chaudhary and now Kirtivardhan Singh doing it in public view. Not even counting Vidhansabha visuals.

I'm sure more would do if the fear factor is nil

@pranavsirohi स्वयं इतने बड़े खानदान से होने के बावजूद एक पासवान उम्मीदवार से हार गईं थी

[Mubassir_ul_Mulk @Earl_of_Nowhere]

@hbfetr Should have framed inversely. Top leadership's fate is linked with his career.

Yogi is a unique phenomenon in Indian politics.

A man with scarce organizational backing, no deputy to manage affairs and good number of MLAs against him.

Yet, such is the force of his personality that Hindus across the nation see him as the designated successor to the PM.

@swadesh171 @narendramodi @PMOIndia @AmitShah Many Congratulations, Sir !

@sriram_prassana His fate is linked with top leadership.

No matter what anyone says, Shah is the final boss of UP politics.

Just look at the number of vehicles, leaders & workers who gather around his hotel when he is in UP. Contrast this with the crowd around Yogi or anyone else.

No doubt Sunil Bansal had an unreal influence.
