We play more smaller teams than big teams in epl each season as chelsea. win the smaller matches and draw or lose big matches and see where we will end (top 4 most definitely)

He doesn't motivate this boys well, the boys motivates themselves when they see a big fixture which is normal with every team.

Tactical changes and rotations isn't the solution.

Acheampong can make a difference,
Santos in midfield over James/gusto and even enzo in some games.
Buonanotte for creativity when we don have palmer.
Estevao and Guiu should play more.
