America is one of the few countries, if not the only country, truly designed as a bottom-up polity (i.e., republic; see 1st graphic) at the national level.

Conversely, the majority of the world plus all American state and local governments continue to be hindered by top-down overtly tyrannical or covertly majoritarian elites. The latter democratic fallacy is nothing new and is actually over 2,000 years old. Since Aristotle’s “Politics” book written in 238 B.C., a pure democracy continues to prove to be the deviant form of “rule by the many” which ultimately leads to no money, no jobs, and no food (see 2d graphic).

Luckily for America, its founders and framers guaranteed a “Republican Form of Government” in Article IV ��4 of the U.S. Constitution (see 3d graphic). Equally fortuitous for the U.S.A. Is that enforcing the Aristotelian “golden mean between extremes”polity or republicanism at the state and local level is baked in as the only constitutionally guaranteed form of government.

Republicanism is what undoubtedly made “American exceptionalism” a reality after throwing off the tyrannical “rule by one”British monarchy. On the other hand, France’s democratic revolution not long after America’s revolution epitomizes how the French democracy initially devolved into a guillotine crazed mobocracy and later evolved into an equally unimpressive covertly elitist oligarchy.

Great analysis on the urban v. rural divide! You touched on what is the key difference where the former is focused on collectivism and the latter on individualism. Aristotle’s “golden mean between extremes” suggests that a harmonious middle ground (i.e., a polity or American republicanism) exists that strikes a balance between the extremes of collective majoritarianism and oligarchic elitism (see 1st graphic).

America’s founders and framers clearly understood that the end result for both elitism extremes, covert democratic collectivism and overt oligarchic elitism, destructively leads to authoritarianism or totalitarianism (see 2d graphic). Since the 1990s, the urban v. rural divide can be better understood by considering that the unconstitutional Democratic Party is strategically subverting the federal republic with destructive pure democracies at the state level. The liberal progressive mind-virus easily sells a tax the rich oppressors and unionize the oppressed workforce contagion to their Marxist vaccinated masses. But consequently overlooked, minority interest destruction of the wealthy and employers ultimately leads to famine. Why? Because, the minority of rural producers end up with no capital investments or employed consumers to grow and feed the utopian“land of the free stuff and home of the parasite“ suckers bamboozled by the covert elitists hiding in plain sight in their posh urban gated communities (see 3d graphic).
