Harley Guindon, the founder of the new generation of Satanâs Choice had posted a picture of members of the Loners, Dirty Dozen, Satanâs Choice & Satanâs Syndicate with their patches facing the camera, standing side by side.
He noted how the clubs had come together in unity, harbouring animosity and holding the same 1%er views.
Guindon also posted a video of him holding a Satanâs Choice X Outlaws patch dating back to the 70âs when the two clubs had been allied with each other. This alliance eventually led to the Outlaws patching over several SCMC chapters in 1977. Guindon stated how he âextends his hand in peaceâ to the Outlaws.
Satanâs Choice and the Loners have had a long history. The Loners MC was founded by two ex-SCMC members in 1979. Throughout the mid 90âs, a conflict erupted between the two factions.
Frank âCiscoâ Lenti, one of the founding fathers of the Loners, had gone on to create the Diablos MC after being kicked out of the Loners for second time. Diablos had aligned themselves with Satanâs Choice, causing tensions between the Loners and the SCMC. This led to the Toronto Biker War. Although 1995 was a violent summer for both clubs, the issues were ultimately resolved.

A video of the North Savage Gang leaderâs arrest in Marbella, Spain was recently released, showing authorities escorting Boivin to a police station.
All Boivin, 36, had been on the run since February of 2023. He has been a key player in the Quebec Drug War, facing charges of drug trafficking, gangsterism, kidnapping and assault.
Boivin fled authorities with his spouse, Yaulise Lemieux-Bellavance who, according to Radio Canada, was pregnant at the time, and gave birth while on the run towards the end of 2023.
Lemieux-Bellavance is still no where to be found, with the SQ actively searching for her. Their child would be 2 years old at the time of Boivinâs arrest which occurred last Friday.
Boivin has undergone tattoo removal in the hopes of camouflaging himself into everyday society. He had been living in a Marbella residence at the time of his arrest, rarely leaving his abode.
It was due to the SQ working with Spanish authorities that his arrest was made possible. An officer had seen Boivin leave his residence and get into a vehicle which eventually led to the arrest.
The Quebec Drug War started off as a strife between the HAMC and street gangs in the Quebec City region. It has grown to the Cote Nord, Saguenay & Abitibi regions since. Boivin was considered the drug kingpin in the Saguenay region.
Letâs not forget that the BOLO program was offering a $100,000 reward for information leading to his arrest.
A recent TVA article written by Jeremy Bernier with the help of an inside source reveals the recent formation of Crushing Opps Daily, or COD; A newly formed gang with the intention of vetting members for possible entry into the Blood Family Mafia, which according to the same source, has always been tightly knit.
The Blood Family Mafia, primarily active in Quebec City & Levis, has been facing a rough patch since the arrest of its leader, Dave âPicâ Turmel. Who had been arrested in Rome, Italy in March of 2025.
Several members left the gang to join the North Savage Gang, led by All Boivin, a Saguenay kingpin who had once sided with Turmel.
Crushing Opps Daily will serve as BFMâs school club for possible future members. This concept takes a page from the handbook of 1%er motorcycle clubs. As many of these MCs have âpuppetâ or âsupportâ clubs.
Ironically BFM is in a drug war with the Quebec City chapter of the Hells Angels MC. With some events even overflowing to several regions in the province.

Harley Guindon, the founder of the 2025 Satanâs Choice resurrection, has recently made a post about the acquisition of the âSatanâs Choiceâ copyright.
This news has come nearly a year after Guindon decided to start the club back up. Announcing the debut of the club in August of 2025.
Guindon has faced numerous kinds of scrutiny since this venture began. Although he is Bernie âThe Frogâ Guindonâs son, that doesnât seem to prevent him from facing all sorts of backlash.
Recently Lorne Campbell, a reputed Satanâs Choice member gifted Harley Guindon a Satanâs Choice ring he had managed to keep during a prison stint in the early 80âs.
Campbell was involved in the highly publicized case of the âPort Hope 8â, where eight Satanâs Choice members were held accountable for the 1978 murder of William John Matiyek at a hotel in Port Hope, Ontario.
Harley made Campbell an honorary member of the new SCMC reiteration, noting how Campbell was going to have a full Satanâs Choice funeral.

Andrew Luberisse was violently killed in a Rivières-des-Prairies (RDP) prison cell. His body was discovered on December 1st of 2024. Authorities believe this was an internal purge within the Profit Boyz, a RDP street gang which repped the colour green.
A year and a half later, no arrests have been made. Prompting Luberisseâs spouse to take legal action, suing the province for 1.5 million. An exclusive LaPresse interview with Luberisseâs spouse reveals how she is asking for 450k$ for each of Luberisseâs kids, two boys aged 8 and 10. Claiming emotional damage.
Luberisse was a Profit Boy that sided with the bikers throughout the Quebec Drug War. The Profit Boyz seemed to have split decisions regarding the drug war, with most of them siding with the Blood Mafia Family, while the rest sided with the Hells Angels MC.
Itâs important to note that Luberisseâs uncle, Jean David Isme had been also murdered, shot to death in NDG, a few months after the prison murder.

A suspect has been charged with the violent shooting murder of Charalambos âBobby The Greekâ Theologou, who was shot inside of a Laval Starbucks in the early afternoon of October 1st, 2025.
Denis BeauprĂŠ, 54, has been charged with murder and discharging a firearm in a dangerous manner. The only left turn in the case is the fact that BeauprĂŠ has been missing since October 5th, 2025. Four days after the Theologou murder. Police fear for his safety.
BeauprĂŠ had been arrested in 2019, in a drug trafficking case targeted towards the Minotaures MC, a club affiliated to the HAMC. The operation was named Project Asterios. He was sentenced to 59 months. Needless to say, he is considered to have biker ties.
Police believed Theologou acted as the mortar between the bricks of the Greater Montreal Areaâs underworld. Whether it be the mob, bikers or street gangs. Theologou was locked in, having ties to the Rollinâ 90s, Arab Power and even the mafia.
He was gunned down in a Starbucks during a meeting. The gunmen made sure to hit the individuals in his presence as well, his right hand man and the person he was meeting with. Although the two others were shot, they survived the ambush.

At around 6:55pm this evening, RCMP responded to a call on 148 Street & 68A, at the 6800 block in Surrey, British Colombia. At the scene, first responders found one man in critical condition, who would die on the scene, along with another, suffering from âminor injuriesâ. The IHIT (Integrated Homicide Investigation Team) would then be called into the investigation.
According to the witnesses, a grey sedan was being chased by a black sedan, which is when the grey sedan pulled into a driveway. Two occupants of the black sedan then jumped out of their car, guns a-blazing before getting back into their vehicle and taking off after their dirty work.
A video of the shooting was later leaked on the internet, along with a picture of a wounded individual hanging out of the passenger door of a sedan. The suspect vehicle had also been torched shortly after the crime.
No arrests have been made as of yet.

Project Stratis: Peel Regional Police held a press conference today unveiling Project Stratis; an investigation into a carjacking ring targeting high-end vehicles such as Mercedes-Benz. A task force had been set up utilizing the help of the OPP, the Toronto Police Service & the Canadian Border Services Agency. Six suspects between the ages of 21 and 38 were arrested as a part of this investigation.
PRP received reports of multiple âviolentâ carjackings throughout Toronto & Mississauga between Jan. 18th & Feb. 1st. Four incidents took place where two suspects, armed with a handgun approached victims and demanded their keys before fleeing off with the vehicle, being closely followed by another getaway vehicle. Police seized a stolen Honda Civic along with a stolen white pick-up truck, both used as getaway vehicles.
A failed robbery attempt took place on February 1st, where security features on the targeted vehicle prevented the suspects from robbing it. The suspects then fled in the Honda Civic.
The vehicles would be placed in storage lockers where they then would be âre-vinnedâ at an autobody shop before being placed in a container and shipped to Ghana in Africa. The six individuals arrested in this investigation accumulated a total of 30 charges for robbery, conspiracy to commit an indictable offence and being in possession of property obtained by crime.
A turning point in this investigation came authorities executed a search warrant at an autobody shop where they found a stolen Mercedes. 8 stolen vehicles were recovered throughout this investigation and 2 replica firearms were seized.
Samson Igbasa, 20, of Toronto, was arrested on January 31st while operating the stolen white pickup truck used in the previously mentioned carjackings.
On Feb. 10th, Bradley Walsom, 38, & Steven Walsom-Gerigs, 36, were arrested in Brampton. A stolen CR-V and a replica Glock were seized.
Matthew Hymers, 21, was arrested in Listowel on Feb. 27th. Another replica handgun was seized.
Rainer Fernando, 37, and Steven âGisselleâ Lopez, 22, were apprehended at Toronto Pearson International Airport on March 3rd while awaiting to board a flight to Ghana. CBSA had tipped off authorities which resulted in the arrest of the two suspects.
On January 26th, 2026, towards 1pm, York Regional Police received calls concerning gunshots at a commercial plaza in Vaughan. Upon their arrival, they found 65-year-old Sergio Lopes, a Richmond Hill resident, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Lopes was rushed to the hospital where he later succumbed to his wounds.
A black SUV was seen fleeing the scene of the crime. A little while later authorities found a torched vehicle at the intersection of Kipling North & Woodbridge Avenue.
Nearly 2 weeks later, on February 7th, another fatal shooting had taken place in the parking lot of Woodbine Shopping Centre towards 3:30pm. This time the victim was 37-year-old Chandan Kumar Raja Nandakumar. Yet again, the victim was rushed to the hospital in critical condition where he later succumbed to his wounds.
This was the pretext that initiated a Canada-wide warrant for two 19-year-olds implicated in these shootings. Jacob Wallace, of Mississauga, and Isaiah Thomas Badger, an Edmonton rapper known as âK2â or âMr.GoGet!tâ, were at the forefront of this manhunt. Their charges? First degree murder & arson. Authorities announced this manhunt at the beginning of March.
Yesterday, the YRP announced that the James Bay detachment of the OPP had apprehended Wallace on March 5th in the Northern Ontario town of Moosonee. Wallace was wanted in connection to the Lopes homicide. There are rumours that this may have been a contract killing. These same rumours also indicate that Wallace wasnât paid what he was promised.
Badger is still wanted in connection to both murders. He had previously been wanted by Edmonton authorities on weapons charges. He has dropped 2 songs since this manhunt began. On the latest one, released yesterday, he speaks about his time on the run.
The views on his rap videos have more than doubled throughout this past week. With the public wanting to know more about K2. His name has also made headlines in social media content over and over again.
A video of a phone call with Badger also surfaced where he speaks about his time spent with Hamilton rapper Lil OT, before he was gunned down at Burlington Centre Mall in February.
On the evening of October 9th, 2023, 4-5 gunshots rang out in the parking lot of a pharmacy in Terrebonne. Police were called to the scene towards 9:30pm. They found a 34-year-old man dead, shot in the head and torso. A little while later a stolen SUV with Ontario plates was found torched. Terrebonne is a town located on the north shore of Montreal.
The victim was Gordy âYoung Devâ Jean-Paul, who also went by âBig Slimâ on Snapchat, was a member of a street gang named â2die4â. Young Devâs brother, Rodney Jean-Paul, suffered the same fate in the midst of a previous gang war between the Crack Down Posse & the Bo-Gars in 2003.
New court revelations indicate that the murder of Young Dev was a contracted hit. 18-year-old Izaiah Shurgold-Ford had driven from Brampton to Toronto to pick up an unnamed 16-year-old, making their way to Montreal the day prior. They then met co-conspirators who supplied the duo with a firearm.
Hours before the hit, they got in a red RAV4, which had been stolen from Ontario. Shurgold-Ford was driving. They made their way to Terrebonne, where they were supposed to âmeet upâ with Young Dev. Minutes before the murder, the unnamed 16-year-old approached Young Dev, who was seated in his vehicle, shot him, and then stole a bag containing $38.5k.
The hit went awry after they fled the scene. Firstly, the 16-year-old would suffer from 1st degree burns while torching the SUV. The duo would then stop at a Petro Canada, asking for help to call a cab since the two individuals didnât speak a lick of French. While the clerk phoned the taxi company, the duo would go to the washroom.
In an unfortunate series of events, police would enter the Petro Canada, which is when the clerk would point them out to the washrooms. A struggle ensued between the suspects and police. The duo would ultimately have been apprehended and charged with murder, arson & possession of a firearm. Authorities would find a firearm, a âtorch-styleâ lighter & $38.5k in cash on them.
It is alleged that 23-year-old Felix Tremblay had hired these two individuals for the hit. Tremblay is a suspect charged in Project Mecano, an operation targeting the â24â street gang from Laval for involvement in the murders of two 26/DTP members and one murder that was a case of mistaken identity. This ongoing Young Dev court case is predicted to last a total of 6 weeks.
Quebec City: On Monday (2/03/2026), Italy approved the extradition request concerning Blood Family Mafia leader Dave âPicâ Turmel, who is currently incarcerated in Romeâs Regina Coeli Prison. Turmel still has the right to contest the extradition. If the process goes through, the SPVQ (Quebec City Police Service) could bring Turmel back to Quebec within the next few months.
Turmel played a key role in sparking the ongoing drug war between several street gangs across the province and the Hells Angels MC, its associates, and a number of support clubs. The conflict has been primarily concentrated in the Quebec City region, Saguenay, and the Cote-Nord.
Turmel had been on the run since July 2023, fleeing to Europe while dodging drug trafficking charges. In March of 2025, the 29-year-old gang leader was arrested in the Tor Bella Monaca district of Rome, an area widely known for significant drug trafficking activity.
At one point, Turmel was considered one of Canadaâs most wanted fugitives, with the BOLO program offering a $250k reward for information leading to his arrest. He was allegedly betrayed by an associate who was close to him.
Over the past year, the Blood Family Mafia landscape has changed dramatically. Many members reportedly shifted their allegiance to All Boivin and the newly formed North Savage Gang, leaving the Blood Family Mafia, who are now in conflict with NSG.
Boivin himself is also a fugitive wanted for drug trafficking charges and alleged involvement in the drug war. His current whereabouts remain unknown.
Following Turmelâs arrest and the loss of numerous members, the Blood Family Mafia has attempted to restructure its leadership. Figures such as Tommy âMontmagnyâ Bernier-Thibault, another fugitive wanted by the BOLO Program, amongst others, have reportedly been placed in leadership roles.
It remains unclear how Turmel will be received if he returns to the province. Reports suggest that someone close to the young kingpin may have provided authorities with information about his location. Will he be welcomed back with open armsâor will he be ousted?
Profit Boyz/Zone 43: This past week, Dardy âBaby Savageâ Lavaud, 22, was sentenced to 14 years in prison for his role in the 2021 Rivières-des-Praries drive-by shooting that left 3 people dead.
Lavaud is affiliated with Zone 43, a Blood set based out of the Montreal-North borough of the city. Zone 43 was heavily implicated in a gang war against the Profit Boyz, or Profit Kollectaz, at the time of the shooting. The Profit Boyz rep the colour green and are based out of the RDP borough of Montreal.
It was on August 2nd, 2021, that a grey sedan followed by another black sedan strolled through Boulevard Perras. The occupants in the cars had unloaded no less than 26 shots onto an apartment building, killing 3 and injuring another 2. Jefferson âSoldierâ Sylva, Moliere Dantes & Jerry Willer âMackazoeâ Jean-Baptiste lost their lives that day.
Lavaud was 17-years-old at the time of the shooting, only 2 months shy of being an adult. Although he was a minor, he was judged as an adult and given a 14 year sentence. He was already serving 12 years for having been implicated in 2 separate shootouts on August 10th & 11th of 2022. His 14 year sentence will run concurrently with his previous sentence.
3 other men involved in this shooting have already been handed life sentences without possibility of parole before 25 years. Clifford âC-Moneyâ Domerçant-Barosy, a Zone 43 affiliate, Stevenson âLil Skurrâ Choute, a member of the âPop Teamâ, a subset of Zone 43 & Jonas Castor were sentenced in November of 2024 for their roles in the drive-by shooting.
Another suspect, one of the drivers, Marlon Francisco Villa-Guzman, turned informant, pleading guilty to a reduced sentence of involuntary manslaughter. Although Guzman snitched, he was still given a sentence of 10 years. Guzman, responsible for sinking his 3 coaccused, had initially stated in court that he did not know the 5th suspect. A statement he would eventually retract and further incriminate Lavaud.
MONTREAL: Recent revelations from hitman turned informant, Frederick Silva, show that he had a 300k hit put out on Atna âTupacâ Onhaâs head.
In 2020, Silva had learned that Onha had put a target on him. At the same moment, an apparent strife took place between Onha and the Rizzuto clan. Silva worked for the Rizzuto clan as a hitman, being involved in a whopping number of murders for the mob, bikers and street gangs in Montreal.
Tensions had been ramping up. TVA reports that Gregory âPicassoâ Woolley, Samy Tamouro and an individual named Bernard Cherfan were all on Onhaâs hit list. Woolley was murdered in November of 2023. Tamouro was gunned down at a Cancun gym in Mexico the following month & Cherfan was killed in a Laval restaurant in the summer of 2022.
Silva even received threats via Snapchat on the day of Cherfanâs murder. He believes these threats came from Onha.
This series of murders prompted Silva and company to put a hit out on Onha. A bounty valued at 300k. Onha was visited by police in a duty-to-warn that his life was at risk. Onha then equipped himself with a bulletproof Jeep Cherokee.
Vice versa, Silva also had this same visit from authorities. But Silva was already behind bars for 4 previous murders. He decided to collaborate with police a few months after this duty-to-warn visit.
He is currently hashing through his involvement in over 60 organized crime related murders. In the summer of 2025, his cooperation yielded 16 arrest warrants for a number of murders. These arrests included Leonardo Rizzuto & Stefano Sollecito to name a few.
OPERATION GIANT SLALOM: Newly released court documents suggest Ryan Wedding and his Montreal counterpart, Atna âTupacâ Onha, had offered breast implants & Brazilian butt lifts in exchange for information that would lead them to finding Jonathan Acebedo-Garcia.
Onha had previously reached out to Garcia. Calling him and asking whether or not he had flipped on Weddingâs crew. Garcia had admitted to Onha, that he was in fact collaborating with the feds. Although Onha had his phone number, he had no idea where Garcia was hiding.
Onha seized an opportunity when a mutual friend had wanted to meet up and hang out. Onha wanted Garciaâs IG handle. He had told this woman, that if she supplied him with information such as his Instagram account, Wedding would offer her these previously mentioned surgeries as payment.
She agreed and told him the Instagram username. Onha then told Wedding, who subsequently relayed it to Carmen Yelinet Valoyes Florez. Florez, nicknamed âMadameâ, is in charge of an escort agency in Colombia. An agency which Wedding would frequent.
Through this IG account, Florez would find out that Garciaâs spouse was friends with one of the escorts working at her agency. Wedding would then bribe this escort with a breast implant, trying to get her to set Garcia up. Luring him to a meet-up where he would be targeted.
Wedding then hired La Oficina de Envigado, to silence Garcia by kidnapping, torturing and ultimately killing him. A plan which would shift to an âexecution styleâ murder. Wedding claims he paid La Oficina 2.5 million, but other sources claimed Wedding had only payed 500k for the hit.
We know Wedding also utilized a Pegasus-type tracking software in order to pinpoint his ex-business partner turned informant. Itâs still unclear what specifically led to Wedding tracking down Garcia.
Garcia was shot 5 times in a Medellin restaurant in January of 2025. Wedding requested a photo of the crime scene. He got it. Furthermore, he would convey the picture to 6ixAdemiks, who would post the photo on social media.
QUEBEC/NEW BRUNSWICK: Search warrants brought on by the ENCRO task force on February 4th & 11th yielded a seizure of 15kg of cocaine, 750k in cash, 5k tablets of meth, 79 cellphones, 2 handguns, 7 rifles, 3 tasers and 8 HAMC articles including a Red Devils MC vest.
The search warrants were executed all over Quebec and some parts of New Brunswick. Places such as Terrebonne, Mirabel, Sainte-Adele & Saint-Elisabeth.
Surprisingly, no arrests have been made as of yet, but several high-ranking underworld figures were met by police, with their homes being searched.
Figures such as Salvatore âLa Barbeâ Cazzetta, 71; a former Rock Machine founder who switched over to the HAMC South chapter in 2005 and even led the club between 2011-2016. Michel Rose, 69; an HAMC member who once belonged to the clubâs prestigious Nomads chapter. Dany Sprinces Cadet, 55; a member of the Red Tails MC, and once a member of Gregory Woolleyâs Syndicate. Yannick Gauthier, 51; an ex-Rock Machine who switched to the Quebec City chapter of the HAMC, suspected of controlling drug trafficking in Baie-Comeau on the Cote-Nord & Francois-Xavier Metellus, who used to be a chauffeur for HAMC member, Marvin Ouimet.
This investigation, which debuted 2 years ago is being aided by the DEA & RCMP. Authorities believe the suspects were involved in exporting cannabis, mainly to Europe and importing cocaine into Canada. Since the start of this investigation, authorities seized over 1.2 million dollars, 3000 kilograms of cannabis & nearly 100 sticks of dynamite.
The ENCRO is a police task force specialized in combatting organized crime.
QUEBEC DRUG WAR: Yesterday (05/02/2026) the Saguenay Regional Mixed Task Force (ERM) arrested two men who were under orders of Dave âPicâ Turmel and All Boivin. 27-year-old David Trottier-Boucher & 33-year-old Guillaume PichĂŠ were both arrested while currently servings bids in the Sorel Tracy and Quebec detention centers.
These two men were suspected of having played a part in a shooting which occurred on the intersection of Begin Street & University Boulevard in Saguenay in April of 2024. They are also suspected of having certain roles in a kidnapping which occurred in Malbaie, an attempted kidnapping in La Baie & the attempted murder of an innocent victim.
Both men are being charged with kidnapping, breaking and entering and having discharged a firearm. PichĂŠâs cell was searched in May of 2024, with authorities seizing a cellphone which permitted him of controlling his crew from behind bars.
David Trottier-Boucher also played a role in the February 2024 kidnapping of Michael Chouinard. The SQ put out a warrant for his arrest on December 18th, 2024 for his role in this kidnapping. He was eventually apprehended in the Abitibi region in November of 2025.
Keep in mind that the Drug War in the provinceâs capital started off with the Blood Family Mafia refusing to pay the 10% tax on drugs that the HAMC imposed in the region. Dave Turmel, leader of the BFM was a fugitive for nearly 2 years before being arrested in Rome, Italy.
All Boivin is also a fugitive with a 100k BOLO bounty on his head. 10 individuals with ties to Boivin were arrested on January 21st, 2026. Boivin had originally sided with BFM before disassociating with the set after Turmelâs capture. He is said to now lead a new gang, that was started behind bars dubbed the North Savage Gang.
Although there are less and less news reports about incidents concerning this strife, the amount of incidents linked to this drug war have quadrupled since 2023.
PROJECT SOUTH: An investigation that started on June 18th, 2025, unveiled a massive police corruption scandal in the GTA. 6 Toronto Police Service constables, including a retired constable, and 2 TPS sergeants are now facing a variety of charges which include bribery, obstruction of justice, drug trafficking, theft of personal property, breach of trust & unauthorized distribution of confidential information. So far 27 suspects have been charged. 4 of these 7 officers were suspended without pay.
The investigation unfolded after a plot to murder an Ontario Correctional officer was discovered in June of 2025. The TPS officers in question had leaked confidential information to criminals which led to 3 separate events in the frame of 36 hours around this correctional officerâs home. Authorities pinpointed Const. Timothy Barnhardt as the individual who leaked this information, and Brian Da Costa as the recipient of the information.
Surveillance footage of the attack on the correctional officerâs home shows 3 armed men at the home, creeping and ultimately ramming a police cruiser parked in his driveway. Police swept in while this foiled attack was happening.
4 of the officers charged were involved with Brian Da Costa, who was arrested on January 23rd, with the seizure of 169 pounds of cannabis and a pound of fentanyl which police believed was destined to be shipped to Europe. Police believe Da Costa is a key player in Torontoâs underworld, having international ties.
The other officers charged in this complex fiasco are also being suspected of leaking information to individuals who had the intention to commit shootings, robberies and extortion. Among the officers charged includes a father and son duo, John Madeley Senior & Junior, both constables, although Madeley Sr. is retired.
One of the suspects charged has connections to the GTAâs gritty tow truck industry which is infested with organized crime & violence.
Although York Regional Police held a press conference in Aurora this morning, the investigation is still ongoing.
OPERATION GIANT SLALOM: Edwin Basora-Hernandez, a 31-year-old Dominican Reggaeton musician known as âEd Winterâ was released on bail with severe conditions.
He is currently battling conspiracy charges for his involvement in what the feds dubbed the âRyan Wedding Criminal Enterpriseâ. He was arrested in Montreal on November 18th, 2025 after the FBI unsealed an indictment targeting Ryan Wedding.
So what did Basora-Hernandez do to end up in this predicament? A Quebecker linked to Ryan Wedding had learned that Basora-Hernandez knew Jonathan Acebedo-Garcia. Acebedo-Garcia was a fellow business acquaintance to Wedding, who turned federal witness.
Basora-Hernandez asked Acebedo-Garcia for his coordinates. Basora-Hernandez then supplied an email address and phone number to Weddingâs cronies. Ultimately aiding Weddingâs organization to track down his former partner turned informant.
On January 31st, 2025, Acebedo-Garcia was shot 5 times in the head while at a restaurant in Medellin, Colombia. Basora-Hernandez was paid between 500 to 1000$ for the information he provided.
In the Quebec Superior Courts, Basora-Hernandezâs lawyer argued that there was a lack of proof concerning direct ties between Basora-Hernandez and Weddingâs organization. Highlighting his ignorance in what Weddingâs organization would end up doing to Acebedo-Garcia.
A GoFundMe was set up by Basora-Hernandezâs entourage to help support his legal fees. Although Basora-Hernandez gets to walk out of his jail cell for a certain time, he is still facing extradition to the United States. De
