Very good trading update from #AEP. They made $35m in cash earning the last quarter. Now $192m in net cash, which is 50% of the market cap of £280m. Current run-rate Enterprise Value / Cash Earnings of 1.37x, its cheap. Palm oil is the future!

#ARCM RNS looks very fishy, the mgmt is effective giving up their options for a 7.96p per share price equivalent. Why would they do that if the company was about to be sold? Makes no sense. Never heard of an AIM director being named a saint.

@Wouldbescouse @thecoppersheikh I am not surprised at all. The RNS is also written in a way to encourage bid speculation. But I prefer to look at what it really means for the director's own pocket.
