@hotelsdotcomuk looks like in the USA you're hemorrhaging loyal customers switching from your free nights after 10 stays to the 2% token gesture cashback.
I book around 70 hotel nights a year. You would definitely lose me as a customer. Hotel nights would then be a commodity.
