MacKenzie loves to go on walks, bake bread, and is currently on the hunt for the perfect dinner roll recipe. She also collaborated with other professionals to create the "Walk N' Roll" exercise club for those with intellectual & developmental disabilities.

Savannah currently works as a clinical Dietitian but also an adjunct professor at Utah Valley University. She enjoys playing soccer, basketball, and pickleball as well as taking walks in Spanish Fork in her free time.

Heather is a nutrition communication consultant through her business, Goldi. She has special interests in positive psychology, the art of behavior change, and cooking delicious food.

Ellen is the co-author of "Dental and Oral Considerations in Pediatric Celiac Disease" and has also collaborated as co-author for several online continuing education courses for oral healthcare professionals!

Gina enjoys good music, playing piano and saxophone, gardening, and spending time with friends and family in her free time. She is also currently serving as the UAND Advocacy Chair.
