Professional teams would know they'd get dominated and would put plans in place to combat it.
But what would they be, besides "be better"?
@Vodacom I bought something from your store on Black Friday 2023. It's 3 April 2024 and the item still hasn't arrived. I've been told "Your query is in hand. Please allow some time to receive further feedback. We do apologize for the inconvenience caused." numerous times. Help

Issue two: this is the feedback from the 3rd party regarding the return: "Your return request was declined as the item ordered was the correct item. We don't accept returns of final sale items."
@Vodacom It's the Vodastore on the app. I bought items on Black Friday. I received some of them, but there are items that I am still waiting on. Also, one of the items I bought I want to return. But Vodacom sold it on behalf of a 3rd party and they won't accept the return.
