What a brilliant day taking young people from Birmingham out on e-mtb bikes, so they can enjoy physical activity, sunshine and be closer to nature, what’s more is they absolutely loved it!

Rising fuel prices being discussed this morning on @BBCOne Politics Midlands, @djnicholl has now commuted over 3000kms on his e-bike, more people are now changing travel habits saving money, the environment and getting healthier.

Managed to hit real tarmac for an hour this lunchtime, this mornings virtual ride with cyclists from around the world was great on @WorldBicycleDay but getting out into the country is great for mind and body, what better day to get out on your bike?…enjoy!

When you’re looking after the family and can’t get out, the next best thing on @WorldBicycleDay is to virtually cycle with a group from all over the world on @GoZwift, will try and hit real tarmac later today…best wishes to all enjoying a bike ride today!
