@CityofCT You tell me that week after werk and even before lockdown. I cant tell you every effort been made to make payment. This is an extra expense for me, cleaning every monday and Tuesday and running after my bin when someone tries to steal it, @alanwinde
@CityofCT I waited until 8pm truck never came. Its tuesday 10am no sign of truck and dirt lying on pavements due to bin scratchers. This is not fair and an inconvenience. i dont ask you to wait for my payment, its on time every month #klipkop#parowvalley@alanwinde
