@BelfastBBQ Hi Mick, that Traiblazer looks savage. How do you think it'll perform low and slow. I have a Kamado but am looking to move up the levels a bit. Thanks, Eoin
@love2bbquk I've literally been thinking about this for a few weeks so thanks! Need a paella dish to fit inside a Kamado Media, the struggle begins. Anyone who has any suggestions would be a hero.
@onlyslaggin@WeberGrills Which is both fair enough and admirable. I'm watching smoke videos for a couple of months now and its a genre on to itself. I'll keep watching how you get on and check it out. Massive interest in the short ribs and brisket, I won't lie. Thanks ๐
@onlyslaggin@WeberGrills What's the verdict on the Weber? I bought the Ooni off your videos and recommendation and I'm happy with it. Flirting with starting a smoke project too. The smokes look amazing.
Thanks for the Ooni intro btw.
@OoniHQ
Hi folks, a newbie here so forgive me. I've seen where people might the odd time get the base stuck to the peel, that hasn't actually happened to me but it has stuck to the stone several times now and it just disintegrates. What do you think I'm doing wrong?
@RichardAntcliff @ectotoad @PaulPjcoops@OoniHQ Also agree here. Its a personal choice but I went for the wood burner by choice. No messing, no add ons. Get it going, fill up the hopper and work away. The whole cook may take 20 minutes in all, so you may need to top up the hopper once if you're cooking for a lot of people.
