I welcome all efforts to improve the safety and security of our citizens.

I thank the public, and Parliament as their representative, for their interest in ensuring value for money is protected in the conduct of Government programs.

Actually I felt so embarrassed the way he was articulating things he lacked basic knowledge of the law, the way PLU is handling things is totally awful.

[On The Other Side. @EButeeraeric]

@FredNshemereirw Fred no body is saying that he is holly or nice but what he said and the video's he leaked nonda kugyira ngu abantu tibeine bwengye ninga tibakutanisa ekyibi nekyirungi .if he did bad things as well while in office let him be charged simple

[On The Other Side. @EButeeraeric]

I have simple question.
Is exposing wrong treasonous?

Why is so difficult to bring so called criminals likes of Sam mugumya and the rest to courts of law they charg them instead of keeping them in a safe house ?
Is pointing out wrong makes you an opposition?

[Eng.Fred Nshemereirwe. @FredNshemereirw]

I have no words for Lt. Mabonga, But remember the day UPDF decorated you , remember the oath , remember UPDF family, Remember your seniors who entrusted you with such opportunities in UPDF.

And Remember your Commander in Chief and CDF.

You’re not the first nor the last.!
