@__hwanghyejin I followed up with my friend and did research and it is supposed to be last name in one box & first + middle name in the other when signing up for Yes24. It’s important to have your middle name next to your first name to match your passport, if you plan to go to shows in Korea.

@__hwanghyejin I’m not sure. I looked at my last fanclub ID and it is the same. When I typed my name in, I put it as first + last name, so they changed it. The date is also different than how we format it in the US, so I’m assuming they changed both to match the format they use in Korea

Try again, but with your last name first. I just logged back into my Yes24 account and it shows my name with my last name first (even though I put my first name and then last name when I signed up). Hope this helps!
