@progressive your reps are nice but they never understand customers issues and don’t have access to original information. It’s very frustrating having to explain a 1,000 times the same problem and not being understood.
@progressive on 05/29/2025, called you and quoted with you $289/M for 6 M, to this day you are still trying charging me $411/M, after I have sent multiple signed papers. I have called 2 more times since then trying to get to that original offer ($289/M) and nothing
@progressive Did so and was told that do to inflation and also was late a few days was the cause, but almost 30% increase is more than the country’s inflation, don’t get it! Looks like any reason to bump it!
@progressive have been with you for years, clean record with no accidents of any type and the renewal came with $100 more every month, even having the snapshot devices installed that says I saved for the renewal, cannot believe it! Looking elsewhere
@Hertz was billed $113.42 more for the rental and now after calling bills department, I have to wait 5-7 business days for refund. But when you charge it takes seconds, why not the other way around? Is it fair?
@GEICO added a vehicle couple of months ago and I have one payment of $1,600 for nov and then lower payments. Don’t have the $1,600 and I have called several times to see if it can be lowered but nothing, going to have to cancel policy
@FLHSMV my 19 year old daughter has gone 2 times for the driving test and both times has NOT PASSED either for “not knowing how to do a 3 point turn “ and for “not turning off the vehicle when finished”.
Is that ok for a young person NOT to give her the license?

@Cheesecake 3rd time at store in coconut creek Fl, food was not good, calamari’s overdone, pasta sauce of pasta tasted like jar sauce, overall quality of food was bad compared to same food some years ago. Service was good though. Sad
