Solo dev.
Building a story-driven 3D action RPG in the browser with Three.js.
Also creating AI-assisted anime / MVs alongside it.
I post the messy process.
A rabbit wakes up on a space station, decades after everyone left, and has to get out before it comes down.
That's the opening of the game I've been building for five months. 3D action RPG, runs in a browser tab.

A rabbit riding a motorcycle through a desert full of ruins and bones.
Further along, there are people locked in cages and animals in police uniforms. This is a bit of the world of KINDFALL, the game I was working on.
I made this opening back in July with Kling 3.0 and Seedance 2.0. At the time, I was saving it for the point where it would play inside the game.
I've since stepped away from the project. I don't know if I'll finish it, so I don't know when that moment would come.
The opening itself is finished, though. It felt like a waste to leave this part of KINDFALL unpublished too.
You can watch the full opening movie on YouTube — link in the reply below.
@prompt_soru Thank you so much! I really wanted to see if I could make a full anime MV with a local model. I learned a lot along the way, so I’m really glad you enjoyed it!
I Needed a Sign | AI anime MV
This started with a question: could I make a full AI anime MV completely for free, using a locally runnable model?
I tried it with MiniMax. One song, way too many images and clips, and a lot to learn.
Full video + process below.

@oathlightstudio Thanks! The glow wasn’t in the reference image. I controlled it through the MiniMax prompts during video generation, rather than adding it in the final edit. Glad it caught your eye! And yeah, “free model” and “free to run” are definitely two different things. 😅
Added a character database to the menu in my browser game.
It’s basically a little archive of all the weird people living in this world.
I think my favorite so far is the Tasmanian devil slave trader.
Horrible person. Great character.

I was getting tired of every map being basically flat ground with a texture slapped on it.
So I added a terrain brush to my custom Three.js editor.
Drag the mouse, push the ground up or down, and the collision changes with it.
Pretty small update, but I’m way more excited about this than I probably should be.
Map building is a lot more fun now!

I wanted my browser game world to have its own everyday life.
Then I read about this tourist hustle where a street performer finishes a dance and tells the crowd, “I’m a professional. Watching isn’t free. You saw the show, so pay up.”
So I put it in the game.
Now the performer sometimes starts picking fights with random NPCs around the plaza, and honestly, it’s fun just watching the mess unfold.
In real life? No thanks.
AI anime. Seedance + manual editing.
I kept thinking about what happens when someone keeps dodging the truth until you don’t even care if what they’re saying is true anymore.
You just want to see what comes out when there’s nowhere left to run.
That became FREEFALL S3RVICE.
I broke that whole mess into different instincts. Each one became a different animal.
Seedance 2.0 comes out too smooth sometimes. I wasn't going to reroll till my wallet died, and the gen was too good to trash. Pulled 53 of the 99 frames, let the rest sit longer. Way more my taste now.
Kept experimenting with how far a browser game can go. Added SFX, added TTS. Then I couldn't figure out how to make the rig hold an item. It broke over and over and nearly killed the project. It holds now.
My level editor has a pen tool now. You sketch where the world should say no, and red walls grow along the stroke.
Browser action RPG, tools and game in one tab. I post the parts that work, too.
