But @URAuganda we suppliers can only pay when we get paid as well. Please know that. It’s completely insane to get a loan to pay VAT when a guy like @EACOP_ hasn’t paid its VAT obligations in over three years to its suppliers. Past and present!

But @URAuganda how about we split interest on VAT with the companies that have longer payment schedules? It doesn’t benefit a supplier or contractor to pay interest after supplying goods on time.

But @URAuganda imagine a company with a 90day payment period and demands EFRIS on day one but you continue charging interest on VAT every month. Why shouldn’t that company pay the VAT interest due to delayed payments or wave the interest or let’s EFRIS at the point of payment

But @URAuganda why reject TCCs knowing that a guy like @EACOP_ doesn’t want to pay its VAT obligations? You literally have a petroleum department . What’s the use?

@URAuganda what happens when a client deliberately refuses to clear your VAT? Is there a remedy for such organisations? Because at the end of the day it affects a supplier's tax credibility.
