Only the fed can make ALL states restrict interstate travel (What should have happened). That way, shit states don't infect the serious ones. The Fed exists to manage national situations & emergencies: they didn't even try.

In FL DeSantis lied & said it was a manufacturing issue (We got very little) but, reality, no one in the Government has told Pfizer to ship more.
What are you missing?
