MEC Zolile Williams is set to table the Department of Cogta EC Policy speech , at the EC Legislature, where he will detail strategic priorities and budget allocation for the upcoming financial year. The speech also establishes the direction for service delivery and operations.

On Friday, MEC for EC Cogta , Zolile Williams launched Booklet on Non-Negotiables Standard Operating Procedures which aims to strengthen governance, promote ethical leadership and ensure consistent and responsive service delivery across municipalities.
