2. I stopped trying to invent everything from scratch.
I used to overthink every product like I had to create the next big idea from zero.
Now I follow the trends, see what people are buying, and build better versions with my branding, positioning and angles.
1. Visiting China changed everything.
After visiting China, meeting suppliers face-to-face and seeing how far ahead they are in production, quality, speed and pricing… it was clear.
It gave us the margin, speed and product range to test more, scale faster, and open new markets
Looking for a solid course or framework to open worldwide.
I already have the products, contacts, creatives…
Just need the structure: how to test, scale and run global offers properly.
I’ve done Evolve, any other recs? Even good dropshipping courses are welcome 👀
@spencepawliw I used to force spend until I started doing only CBOs, I think it’s the biggest thing I’ve ever learned in Ecom. Scaled ad budget from 300 to 2k day in two weeks. For me it works, thank you @spencepawliw
My biggest learning this month: I stopped micromanaging ad sets and started trusting CBOs.
Meta decides where to spend. I just focus on what sells.
Scaling got way easier.
@juangarciarrr The role would involve heping me with testing new products, creatives, landing pages, marketing angles… — as well as helping with the U.S. market expansion. Basically, someone who’s hands-on and passionate about scaling DTC brands.
