@nxcare Quite simply the worse experience, I will NEVER use you again. Your only live track wasn't available, you messenger was a BOT and you emergency customer service had me on hold over 30 minutes. The coach was 1.5 hours late with not communication. USELESS

Absolutely shit show, coach over an hour and half late. Thought I was going to be stranded in London with my 2 children, no rail due strike, hotels fully booked. National Express didn't answer the out of hours for the 30 mins I was on hold for, the message chat was a BOT
