@SrGDesigner412@JohnStolnis 2 Giants, I’d want Helliot Ramos. He’s been hurt and the defense is terrible, but he mashes and it’s a righty bat in the outfield (2/2)
@SrGDesigner412@JohnStolnis Idk how much I believe in the defensive numbers for Arraez, but I’m growing more and more open to him, just makes the offseason more complicated, but that’s a later problem.
I don’t think the Giants will let go of Schmitt in his break out year pre-arb
If you’re going after (1/2)
@JohnStolnis We know a righty bat and another starter are top needs, but a leverage lefty reliever is probably number 3 on the trade deadline needs. With around a month and a half to the deadline, who are some lefty relievers (not named Aroldis Chapman) do you think should be targeted?
@TheGoodPhight Haven’t touched co-op yet, but the trading in franchise is intended to be a more realistic negotiation
Teams can sit on it for a few days, accept, deny, or counter offer
Also gives them a chance to field other offers for the same player from other teams
@McMurica76@TheGoodPhight From what I heard, he also struggles a little bit with velo, but not to the same extent.
Versatile defensively and big righty bat. Honestly very few better fits
@jarvistroy00@JohnStolnis 10 and 5 rights are essentially a vetted no trade clause. A player can veto a trade when they’ve reached both at least 10 years of major league service and 5 consecutive years with one team
@JohnStolnis If the playoffs started today, what role would Nola have?
I don’t see them leaving him off the roster and he’s never pitched out of the bullpen in his career
