@MossBros I have tried ringing, emailing, using your online 'contact us' form and fb messaging, I got one response asking for details I'd already given you and then silence. I want a refund for a suit hire that didn't happen, but right now I just want some communication from you.

@HSBC_UK Lost 90mins trying to get through to phone team after being locked out my online account due to dodgy SecureKey. Still not sorted.
