@virginmedia You really need to sort your services out, or I'll be off when the contract's done. 4th time this week my services have been down in Plymouth for multiple hours at a time. Customer services are useless too.
@virginmedia Think you need to change your name. "Virgin" doesn't really suit, as you're always fucked.
Multiple times a month my service goes down in Plymouth. To the point you MUST be breaking the terms of service. I never receive a reduced bill for it either!
Manually switching my phone to 3g works, but slowly, so it seems to be an issue effecting 4g... I've tried resetting my phone, turning airplane mode on and off, as well as data. Still no 4g.
@ThreeUKSupport 4g not working at all for me anywhere in Plymouth, despite having full signal.
Is this anything to do with 5g rollout, as it seems to also be effecting people I know with 5g enabled phones? If so, when will this be fixed?
To clarify, I was with 3 other people on the Three network. Two of us had 5g ended phoned, two didn't. Those with 5g enabled phones couldn't get 4g working, those who didn't have 5g enabled phones appeared unaffected and their 4g worked fine.
@Miischi95@PlayfulLucky@PQubeGames Hi, quick question, were you able to redeem the reward points on your physical copy? Because I can't on mine, it tells me I'm in the wrong region even though it's a European copy and my console is also European.
@PlayfulStudios Hi, I purchased a copy of Super Lucky's Tale that matches my consoles region, but I cannot collect the reward points. When I try, I get the error displayed in the attached pic. Any ideas?
This makes it impossible for a disabled person with a CEA card to book online.
Due to limited mobility, it's important to me to book online to ensure I can get accessable seating.
I know I could pay for 2 tickets, but why offer a service that can't be used effectively?
@VueHelp Hi, trying to book a ticket online using my CEA card, as I've done many times before, but I keep getting this message. Has Vue changed their policy so tickets booked using CEA can no longer be done online?

I think maybe Nintendo have messed up and put Trine 4 and Ultimate Collection as the same file, so you can only access Trine 4 regardless of which you buy.
I haven't purchased yet, as I've seen others have had issues so thought I'd look into it.
@Frozenbyte Hi, the release of Trine: Ultimate Collection on the Switch seems to be messed up. On Nintendo's website it's listed as ยฃ29.99, but if you try to buy it, it shows you're only purchasing Trine 4.
On the Switch's eShop the price is listed as ยฃ39.99...
but the file sizes doesn't add up, even when viewing on the Switch's eShop.
It says it's 3.3gb for Ultimate Collection, but that's actually the size of Trine 4 alone.
Looking at each game individually, the total file size should be closer to 9.8gb.
