Crass behaviour by the Irish football team last night. I’m embarrassed to admit that I was born in that country of ignoramuses and halfwits.

[Reza Pahlavi @PahlaviReza]

Twenty-five years ago, in the days after 9/11, Iranians filled Tehran's squares with candles for the American dead, watched by the same security forces that still oppress them today.

While global news networks were broadcasting shocking footage of celebrations in the Middle East region, the people of Iran stood as a profound, solitary exception of human empathy for Americans. The regime chanted death. Our people offered light. Iranians and Americans have never been enemies. We share one common enemy: the Islamic fanaticism that murdered the 2,977, and that has held my country hostage for 47 years. We also share a fundamental common value: liberty. Liberty is the cornerstone on which America is built and what Iranians are fighting for today.

Rare Moment of Truth at United Nations: “Palestinians and their supporters will never be truly effective if they focus solely on Israel’s transgressions, without conceding any justice or legitimacy to Israel’s own concerns, and without being willing to admit that Israel’s opponents have themselves committed appalling and inexcusable crimes. No resistance to occupation can justify terrorism.”

“We should all be united in our unequivocal rejection of terror as a political instrument. I also believe that the actions of some United Nations bodies may themselves be counterproductive. The Human Rights Council, for example, has already held three special sessions focused on the Arab-Israeli conflict. I hope that the Council will take care to handle the issue in an impartial way, and not allow it to monopolize attention at the expense of other situations where there are no less grave violations, or even worse ones.”

“In the same vein, those who complain that the Security Council is guilty of a double standard — applying sanctions to Arab and Muslim Governments, but not to Israel — should take care that they themselves do not apply double standards in the other direction, by holding Israel to a standard of behaviour that they are unwilling to apply to other States, to Israel’s adversaries or, indeed, to themselves.”

“Some may feel satisfaction at repeatedly passing General Assembly resolutions or holding conferences that condemn Israel’s behaviour. But one should also ask whether such steps bring any tangible relief or benefit to the Palestinians. There have been decades of resolutions. There has been a proliferation of special committees, sessions and Secretariat divisions and units. Has any of that had an effect on Israel’s policies, other than to strengthen the belief in Israel and among many of its supporters that this great Organization is too one-sided to be allowed a significant role in the Middle East peace process?”

“Even worse, some of the rhetoric used in connection with the issue implies a refusal to concede the very legitimacy of Israel’s existence, let alone the validity of its security concerns. We must never forget that Jews have very good historical reasons for taking seriously any threat to Israel’s existence.”

“What was done to Jews and others by the Nazis remains an undeniable tragedy, unique in human history. Today, Israelis are often confronted with words and actions that seem to confirm their fear that the goal of their adversaries is to extinguish their existence as a State and as a people.”

This speech is precisely what 90 million Iranians have been screaming into the void about for the last 47 years. Post what ever you like about ‘western imperialism’, Trump, Israel, Netanyahu - and by all means advocate for the Palestinian people - but if the Islamic Republic of Iran is your hero then you have negated all human rights advocacy you claim to stand for. If the regime is “beautiful resistance” because you think they are “standing up for Palestine” - which most have now worked out is a political tool to keep them in power and keep them supported by idiots in the west - then you have unequivocally shown that you have the intellectual capacity of a gnat.

[Ryan Saavedra @RyanSaavedra]

Sen. Tim Sheehy (R-MT) delivers an incredibly powerful speech about Iran.

Watch every second of this.

"Yesterday we saw the president of the United States and many others at Dover Air Force Base presiding over a ceremony that is very sacred to those of us who served, and that is a dignified return of remains from the war zone.

That process happens beginning in the war zone through Dover to the hometown of our fallen heroes. I participated in many of those ceremonies myself to include carrying friends of mine off the plane.

One of those is on this bracelet. He was cut in half by an Iranian EFP.

This regime that we are fighting does not care about our partisan politics. They don't care who you voted for, who you pray to, or where you live. They want to kill all of us. And they don't just say it, they actually do it, and they've been doing it for forty-seven years.

This is a war of choice. The Democrats are correct. It's a war of choice that was begun by a radical lunatic band of terrorists that took over a beautiful nation 47 years ago, took it over with brutality, force, and savagery. And the second they took it over, they didn't free their people, they didn't unleash the largest oil reserves in the world to build schools and bridges.

They took it over to murder their own people and to spread their disgusting ideology across the world, and that is exactly what they have been doing. They don't just say it and talk about it. You don't have to believe what they say. You can simply watch what they've done.

They have attacked families, women, children, innocent people. They don't just attack them and kill them, they rape them. They skin them alive on camera. They celebrate it. They honor those people who do disgusting things that we would put in jail for the rest of their lives in this country, and they do it for fun, and they pay them money to do it, and they're heroes to that nation.

They've done it to friends of mine. They've done it to families who've been in this chamber. And the fact that we sit here and listen to elected officials of this country defend these lunatics who want us all dead. They want all of you dead. They want all of us dead.

They don't want us to disappear with a snap of a finger. They want us to be raped, burned alive, and cut into pieces. Watch the video from October 7. That's what they want to happen from Maine to San Diego, from Seattle to Miami. They want this country turned into a burning husk of its former self, and you don't have to theorize that.

That's what they do. From the 1983 barracks bombing, where 280 Marines were vaporized in a morning, from USS Cole to the Achille Lauro, to every terrorist attack, from the Houthis, Hezbollah, Hamas. These are not humanitarian freedom organizations. They are death-dealing cults, and they want all of us to die brutal deaths.

William Buckley was abducted in 1985, an American military officer. He was skinned alive on camera by the Iranians. American prisoners of war who were captured. They were never called prisoners of war because they were captured by lunatic terrorists, so they were not subject to the Geneva Convention. They were captured and murdered, power drills through their brains. This is in Iraq. These are families that have dealt with this, and they've never gotten a single dime.

These families have never gotten restitution, and not a single president has ever stood up to them. Love Donald Trump or hate him, love his policies, hate ICE, love ICE, whatever. There's never been a single president who has stood up to Iran and hit back. For 47 years, our troops and our families have been absorbing attack after attack after attack all over the world.

And their radical ideology does not stop at the Persian Gulf. It doesn't stop at Tel Aviv. They want to do this everywhere. It's a global radical ideology, and we've been fighting it for half a century.

We didn't start this war. We did not, but we will finish it. And forever wars are not popular with anybody these days. Both sides of the love to attack our forever wars. And I can promise you, being someone overseas wearing the uniform, when you're fighting for your country, you don't care what party's in office, but you're fighting to defend your country, and you turn on the news and see your elected officials stabbing you in the back, telling you that you're failing, that you've failed every goal of the war, is what I just heard.

Last time I checked, we've wiped these bastards out. An occasional missile strike and boats in the straits, that's not military strength. Those are the flailings of a failing empire. Those are the flailings of a nation in collapse because they deserve it. So I encourage our colleagues on both sides of the aisle, whatever's politically convenient, whatever plays well on Twitter or Facebook, think about the people who are deployed right now, standing on that wall with a loaded weapon, who have volunteered to defend our country and our way of life.

Because they are there defending us in a just war, because we did not start a war with the Iranian Revolutionary Guard. They started it with us 47 years ago, and their attacks have gone unanswered for half a century. It's time to fix this problem and make sure another generations of Americans does not have to fight this murderous, savage adversary."

I still cannot believe how many children were taken hostage to Gaza and the world, what?? Didn't care?

No, not only that, they tore their posters down.

🧵I'm doing a thread of children Hamas kidnapped and held hostage in Gaza, and their stories:

First is Avigayil Idan, 3 years old.

The terrorists killed her mom, then killed her father while he was holding her, she ran to the neighbor's house and there was kidnapped with the rest of that family and they were all taken to Gaza.

Avigayil was held for 50 days in captivity and was traded for the release of Palestinian terrorists.

I am deeply saddened by the sudden passing of Senator Lindsey Graham, a steadfast friend of the Iranian people and a proud defender of freedom.

At moments when moral clarity was required, Senator Graham stood on the right side. When friends were seldom found, he stood alongside the people of Iran in their struggle against tyranny.

He used his voice to ensure that the voices of those fighting for justice were heard in the halls of power. His support for Iran’s Lion and Sun Revolution earned him the title “Uncle Lindsey” among Iranians. He will be remembered with profound gratitude and deep respect.

We extend our deepest condolences to Senator Graham’s family, loved ones, colleagues, and the people of South Carolina and the United States.

May he rest in peace and may others carry on the fight for freedom.

The football match between Algeria and Austria drew special attention in the Islamic Republic of Iran. State television reportedly commented: “A Muslim country (Algeria) is helping another Muslim country (Iran) advance to the next stage.”

As if a football match were a contest between Islam and Christianity. What a bizarre and ideological way to view sport.

Just one minute later, Austria scored. And there we have it: the Islamic Republic of Iran was eliminated.

Once again, the regime showed that it cannot even separate sports from its ideological worldview.

This is what cultural compatibility looks like:
Norwegian soccer fans owning Times Square with the Viking row, proud, energetic, and celebrating Western heritage.

A far cry from the sight of Muslim prayer rugs shutting down the same streets.

Not all cultures are equal. Not all are compatible with American freedom. Some enrich it. Others seek to replace it 🇺🇸 x 🇳🇴

🇯🇵 FUNNIEST THING: Japanese fans ran onto the famous Shibuya Crossing in Tokyo for 40 seconds to celebrate the 2:2 tie against the Netherlands.

They ran onto the crossing only for 40 seconds while it was green! The Japanese DID NOT BREAK TRAFFIC RULES!

After the light turned red, everyone went back and stopped the celebration.

They did not even break the traffic rules for this moment. lol
