@Betracingnation @RowleyfileRRR @pigeon_island 4 to 5 days? How can anyone know. For all we know racing could have continued for 6-8 weeks with no issues. Jockeys in Ireland are taking self isolation and every precaution possible

@Betracingnation @RowleyfileRRR @pigeon_island It is. Public perception was, in my opinion, a big part of it. Racing could have continued, behind closed doors, for the time-being. The emergency services was a big part of the decision but 1 ambulance (private not NHS) was provisionally all that was needed.
