Eddie Cheever (Ligier-Matra-JS17B) overtakes Didier Pironi's Ferrari 126C2 for 4th position, on lap 37 of the Detroit GP #OnThisDay in 1982. Cheever would go on to achieve his best F1 finish with 2nd place, a result that he would match at the 1983 Canadian GP.
