In motorsport, when you can't even trust your own race engineer—the person who is supposed to fully support you—and are still blamed for 'lacking confidence in the car,' how are you expected to have any?
atp, i WANT Max to join Mercedes so that all the 3s and 12s can deal with all the bullshit the team is spewing right now. George would be respected way more in any other team than Mercedes.

george gets p1, leads the race, gets to a pit, sc on track for the remaining laps and he’s stuck p7, and then another glitch gets him another driver through and he ends up 18th
kimi wins
this makes me feel sick genuinely.
they keep pushing all the responsiblity on him and they never EVER take any accountability for their own shortcomings.
it's always "george is strong and he can recover" and never "we have failed him repeatedly and need to support him better".
“george failed to serve his penalty” no you failed at serving george’s penalty and YOU gave him a drive through penalty mercedes YOU are the ones at fault
in the other hand about mercedes amg petronas f1 team:
- the tp stood proudly on the podium without any shame with that bright smile
- another week another same statement without any changes/evaluation
- "we're sorry george" "george is already doing his best" narration typical
- didn't even try to fight for george in the stewards and only george who tried one
- not ready for the pit even though george already had a very important/influential penalty in this race, AND THEY DECIDE TO ADD ANOTHER ONE
