The skin/vertex group weight mirror tools in #b3d aren't the most efficient. To mirror a bones weight to its opposite bone requires multiple steps:

That's a no go for me, so I wrote an add-on to do it in one click! Eventually I'll add it to github.
Core done....working on the first version of UI to my own PoseLibrary tool, I'm still long way off to complete it.... lets get that robust tool!!!

#maya3d tip of the day: When you disable the node's isHistoricallyInteresting attribute (via command) the node doesn't show up in the channel box. (downside: not even when you select it)
Again, it proves that you can learn something new every day. #neverstoplearning
