@Dominos_UK I placed an order with your headington branch to deliver 10 large pizzas to the John radcliffe hospital - for the nurses and Doctors of ITU - this was at 12.00 - these haven’t been delivered and your headington shop are now not answering their phone
@LiftForLifePT @marymccance i simply said you don’t need an RCT to justify everything you do. your argument works both ways - there are no RCTs saying you should ignore it either ....
@LiftForLifePT @marymccance what fella have a good day ... clearly too small minded to accept a different point of view. it will stifle progress and limit your development but good luck to you
@LiftForLifePT @marymccance it sure what your gif is meant to demonstrate? i’ll let you miss things and i’ll keep treating my way ! thanks for the discussion
@LiftForLifePT @marymccance it’s obvious if there is a dysfunction , there will be a compensation - this will effect technique and increase injury risk... you don’t need an RCT to figure that much out.
@LiftForLifePT @marymccance it still needs to be looked at - the i can’t be arse to look at that because it isn’t directly attributable to you specific movement is so short sighted - look further afield - improvements made will only improve efficiency ant technique so will help in injury prevention
@LiftForLifePT @marymccance gotta love the comments about not worrying about IR for power lifting .... it’s a deficit it should be looked into for sure and worked on - it will lead to an issue somewhere in the kenetic chain which will in turn impact technique and could lead to injury
