Thank you to the @propclubjax for its generous $10,000 donation to the James Bennett Memorial Endowed Scholarship, which supports @UofNorthFlorida students pursuing degrees in transportation and engineering. The scholarship honors our late Chief Operating Officer, James Bennett, and helps prepare the next generation of transportation and logistics professionals.

Outgoing President Linda Carrion announced the donation during the Club's annual Change of Command ceremony. She also shared that JAXPORT is extending its scholarship matching initiative for Propeller Club members during the month of July. JAXPORT will match contributions from Club members — whether personal or corporate — up to a combined total of $20,000.

Congratulations to incoming President Bill Kelly, who will lead the Club over the coming year as it continues to support Northeast Florida's maritime community through industry events and networking.
